Mr Blair, dodging a question on whether the new emphasis on localised health services would mean a reprieve for the local hospitals currently being closed, wished to remind Mr Gray's constituents of the massive increase in funding for healthcare under the Labour government. Can't say as I'd noticed myself, but I'm not best qualified to do so - can any other Shirelings comment on whether this is true in our constituency?
