Sensible policies for a happier Britain

A councillor in Bath suggests that the best way to keep traffic moving slowly is to allow the road to deteriorate... as long as you make sure there are no potholes in bus-lanes. Kudos to Sir Elgar Jenkins for observing that such a suggestion is 'absolutely bonkers'. But I shouldn't have to be siding with a Tory against a Lib Dem, dammit.
