Kids...
Some little kid of about five keeps climbing onto our (high) garden wall. Apart from the fact that she should keep the hell off our wall, what if she falls off? I don't feel comfortable shouting at someone else's kid... (though I have no idea whose she is, there are no adults around)...

put up a clear sign saying you won't be liable for injuries caused if she falls off the wall, but remember that you can't exclude liability for serious harm or death.
i can't believe i still know that.
