Pirates II
Too much death, too many cannibal natives (in these respects similar to King Kong. I just don't enjoy cannibal natives), ever so long, some rather odd plot points.
On the other hand, super cast, improved cinematography, and a good number of gags including references to Pirates I.

Brilliant music too! (not to mention that anything with Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom in must be worth watching, but that makes me sounds like a rather shallow person, so maybe I won't mention it...)
Too bad!
