Been looking at the Accordia website. It's all impressive stuff, though I'm not sure they're practical places to live. Never having been a wealthy Cambridge family I wouldn't know! I do wonder why £600,000 luxury flats actually need two bedrooms though; presumably much more likely to be for guests than for kids, in which case it's a shame they didn't manage to fit in an en suite of some kind. I still think I'd rather live in something older that was made of real stone/bricks rather than these modern plasterboard enclosures. I quite fancy something Edwardian, Georgian, or possibly Victorian.
